At Guardian we offer a number of classes that will help you be prepared and feel confident in your self defense ability.

We offer a number of classes and martial arts disciplines ranging from boxing and kickboxing to jiu jitsu that will help you build the techniques to adequately defend and protect yourself. These classes can be attended by any of our members and are great for anyone looking to protect themselves.

In addition to our standard classes, we offer a weekly Women's Only Jiu Jitsu class and a Women's Self Defense Workshop which are taught by our leading female instructors. The self defense workshop teaches proven techniques to overcome and defend yourself in real-life situations you might face.
